Hi there! I’m Alyssa Fraser, the creator behind Holistic Threads. As someone deeply passionate about mindful living, holistic health, and nutrition, I started this brand to offer more than just t-shirts — I wanted to create wearable reminders of balance, peace, and well-being.

Alongside Holistic Threads, I also offer personalized nutrition coaching, guiding individuals to nourish their bodies in a way that supports both physical and mental wellness. Every design and piece of advice I share comes from my own journey toward a more conscious, connected life.

My mission is to help you feel aligned in body, mind, and spirit — through both what you wear and how you nourish yourself.

Upon placing an order, please allow 3-5 business days for your items to ship. This period allows me to carefully handle each order, ensuring that your products are in optimal condition before they embark on their journey to your doorstep!
